Dr. Paul Belliveau is board certified in Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and brings over 30 years of experience diagnosing and treating adult psychiatric disorders. He has particular expertise in Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Attention Deficit Disorder, supported by both clinical work and research.

He earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1989 and completed his psychiatry residency at Walter Reed Medical Center. His career includes leadership roles such as Chief of the Consultation and Liaison Department at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, where he provided psychiatric support to medical and surgical teams.

Dr. Belliveau is known for combining evidence-based treatments with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. He remains committed to staying current with advancements in psychiatry to ensure high-quality care.

In addition to clinical practice, he actively teaches and mentors medical students, residents, and fellows, contributing to the development of future psychiatric professionals.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading and playing tennis, interests that support a balanced lifestyle and deepen his understanding of the human experience.

Clive E. Robertson, DNP, FNP-BC, is a licensed Doctor of Nursing Practice who earned her DNP from East Carolina University in 2020 while working full-time as a Registered Nurse in the Level III Neonatal and Pediatric Critical Care Units at UNC Children’s Hospital. She also served as a Pain Resource Nurse.

She began her academic journey at Syracuse University (2008, Health and Wellness) and later earned both her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing with honors. Her clinical experience includes work in a Level IV NICU at Crouse Hospital before relocating to North Carolina in 2012.

Dr. Robertson takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care and has a strong interest in mental health, reflected in her doctoral research on postpartum depression screening in NICU mothers. She is currently pursuing certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Rivier University. She is a member of national nursing organizations, holds multiple certifications, and has received numerous academic honors. 

Dr. Robertson moved to New Hampshire in 2021 with her family and enjoys outdoor activities and gardening in her free time.

Evelyn A. Graff, FNP-BC, is a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Simmons University in 2022 while working full-time as a registered nurse at Brigham and Women’s Hospital on a Thoracic Surgery Step-Down Unit.

Evelyn began her academic career at the University of New Hampshire, graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Science. She later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Northeastern University, graduating in 2016. Her clinical experience as a registered nurse focused primarily on the care of post-operative thoracic surgery patients, where she developed strong skills in complex patient management and recovery care.

During her time at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Evelyn served as both a charge nurse and an active member of the unit-based practice council, contributing to quality improvement and patient care initiatives. Following the completion of her Master of Science in Nursing, she began her nurse practitioner career specializing in chronic disease management at an infusion center.

Evelyn places a strong emphasis on building meaningful relationships with her patients, believing these connections play a critical role in achieving positive health outcomes. 

A longtime New Hampshire resident, Evelyn remains deeply involved in the equestrian community. In her free time, she enjoys riding and competing as a show jumper."

Jessie is a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Her expertise spans across various medical settings, from surgical environments to primary care.  Jessie thrives on the personal connections she fosters in our small clinic. She finds immense fulfillment in witnessing patients' progress and recovery, making a positive impact on their healthcare journey.

Jessie's commitment to healthcare excellence, combined with her compassionate approach and diverse experience, makes her an invaluable Clinical Leader for the IPC team. Her enthusiasm for patient care and personal interests enrich our clinic environment, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.

 Outside of work, Jessie prioritizes quality time with her family. She enjoys outdoor activities such as spending weekends at the lake and hiking. Additionally, Jessie finds relaxation and rejuvenation through practicing hot yoga, which complements her active lifestyle and dedication to holistic well-being. 

Kayla brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to her role at IPC and TMS Collaborative. She previously worked as a medical assistant for two years, gaining valuable clinical experience and a strong foundation in patient care. In addition, she has a background in veterinary care, reflecting her lifelong love for animals.

 Her passion for helping others led her to join the IPC and TMS Collaborative team, where she was eager to grow in a new field and make a meaningful impact. She finds it especially rewarding to support patients through some of their most difficult moments and witness their progress over time.

At home, Kayla’s life is just as lively—she shares it with three cats and a recently rescued dog, whose quirky personalities keep everyday entertaining. Kayla enjoys spending time with her family and friends, singing and dancing, and getting creative with arts and crafts alongside her son, who is the heart of her world and her greatest source of inspiration. She has also recently taken up creating diamond art canvases as a way to center her focus and find a positive outlet on her quieter days. During the warmer months, Kayla enjoys kayaking and spending weekends at the lake soaking up the sun.

Alysha has been a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for over eight years, beginning her career while still in high school. Her passion for patient care was shaped early on through personal experiences supporting family members with physical disabilities, inspiring her commitment to helping others.

 Alysha has gained diverse experience working in rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, hospitals, urgent care settings, and medical offices. This broad background has strengthened her ability to provide compassionate, well-rounded care to patients.

She enjoys being part of a team where the focus is not only on physical health, but also on helping patients feel better mentally and emotionally. 

Outside of work, Alysha enjoys spending time with her family, coaching and playing basketball, and is currently excitedly preparing for motherhood.

Amy is a dedicated TMS Coordinator with over 23 years of experience in healthcare, committed to supporting individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. She is passionate about helping others improve their mental well-being and guiding them toward feeling their best. Known for her bubbly personality and sharp, sarcastic sense of humor, she brings warmth, authenticity, and positivity to both her work and personal life.

Family is at the heart of Amy’s life. As a proud mother of two adult sons, she values connection, support, and the importance of showing up for the people who matter most—principles that also shape her approach to patient care.

Outside of her professional role, Amy enjoys hiking with her two dogs and spending quality time with her family. 

Jenna serves as the Head of the Billing Department, where she oversees all aspects of billing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the clinics. 

She plays an integral role in streamlining processes, managing complex insurance workflows, and supporting both patients and staff through clear, responsive communication. 

Jenna attended the University of New Hampshire, where she studied Early Childhood Education, developing strong skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving that she applies daily in a fast-paced healthcare environment. She is dedicated to continuous improvement and to fostering a seamless, supportive experience for both patients and colleagues. 

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach with a good book, and unwinding at home with her cats, valuing balance, connection, and a positive, welcoming environment in all aspects of her life.

Hope is a dedicated advocate for mental health and wellness, with extensive experience in healthcare management, marketing, and patient relations. She is passionate about building strong provider networks to support comprehensive, community-centered care.

With academic backgrounds in natural health, mental health psychology, and industrial-organizational psychology, Hope focuses on enhancing both patient experiences and outcomes by aligning teams, programs, and systems effectively. She ensures each team member feels valued, supported, and purposeful.

She is also the founder of a holistic health and energetics practice, Wild Peace, where she supports individuals in achieving long-term vitality through lifestyle, mental health, nutritional, and emotional coaching.

Outside of her professional work, Hope enjoys spending time outdoors with her family—whether at their family owned campground, local farm stand, or hiking with her dog, tending her organic garden, or attending her step children's events. 

Tabitha brings a unique blend of clinical, surgical, and administrative experience to her role at IPC. In addition to her clinical background, Tabitha has extensive experience managing front desk operations and coordinating care across multi-provider practices. 

She has a strong passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys and is deeply committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered support. Her empathetic nature allows her to connect with patients on a personal level, helping them feel understood, supported, and at ease from their very first interaction. 

This combination of clinical knowledge, administrative leadership, and genuine compassion allows Tabitha to excel in her role as Intake Coordinator. Her experience helps her anticipate patient needs and create a smooth, supportive experience for every individual who comes to IPC. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son and fiancé, whether it’s hiking, traveling, or even just relaxing by the pool to unwind after a busy day!

Tori is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in admissions coordination and patient services within the mental health field.

 With a strong background in patient intake, insurance verification, and care coordination, she has a proven ability to manage high-volume work flows while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Her expertise includes data reporting, compliance, and cross-department collaboration, allowing her to contribute both to operational efficiency and quality patient care.

Tori is dedicated to creating a supportive experience for clients while helping healthcare teams deliver accessible and effective services.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, exploring new places with family, and getting lost in a good book.

Debi joined our team in 2024 on a short-term assignment but quickly became an invaluable part of our clinic and chose to stay on board!

 She brings with her more than 40 years of experience as an elementary school teacher and literacy coordinator, where she developed a strong passion for supporting, guiding, and empowering others. She has taught stateside, in Turkey and in Germany. 

She draws natural parallels between her work in education and her role in the clinic, continuing her lifelong commitment to helping people grow, heal, and succeed.

Outside of work, Debi enjoys bike rides along the seacoast with her husband, reading, her cats and most importantly, spending meaningful time with her family. She especially treasures her time with her grandchildren, who are a constant source of joy in her life.

Mary is a dedicated office assistant.  She pursued coursework towards a Major in German Language and Literature and a Minor in Linguistics at Drew University before completing her bachelor's degree at Southern New Hampshire University.  

Mary's role has evolved in tandem with the clinic's growth. She currently assists navigating the complexities of Prior Authorizations from insurance companies, advocating tirelessly on behalf of patients to ensure they receive necessary treatments. 

 Outside of her professional commitments, Mary nurtures her creative side through botanical drawing with colored pencil, a hobby that allows her to unwind and explore her artistic talents. An avid reader, she enjoys immersing herself in literature during her leisure time. Mary cherishes moments spent with friends and family, prioritizing quality time and creating lasting memories. Her cell phone is often abuzz with new photos of her godson, whom she adores spoiling from afar.
