Dr. Paul Belliveau is board certified in Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and brings over 30 years of experience diagnosing and treating adult psychiatric disorders. He has particular expertise in Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Attention Deficit Disorder, supported by both clinical work and research.

Dr. Paul Belliveau is board certified in Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and brings over 30 years of experience diagnosing and treating adult psychiatric disorders. He has particular expertise in Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Attention Deficit Disorder, supported by both clinical work and research.


He earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1989 and completed his psychiatry residency at Walter Reed Medical Center. His career includes leadership roles such as Chief of the Consultation and Liaison Department at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, where he provided psychiatric support to medical and surgical teams.


Dr. Belliveau is known for combining evidence-based treatments with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. He remains committed to staying current with advancements in psychiatry to ensure high-quality care.


In addition to clinical practice, he actively teaches and mentors medical students, residents, and fellows, contributing to the development of future psychiatric professionals.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading and playing tennis, interests that support a balanced lifestyle and deepen his understanding of the human experience.

Clive E. Robertson, DNP, FNP-BC, is a licensed Doctor of Nursing Practice who earned her DNP from East Carolina University in 2020 while working full-time as a Registered Nurse in the Level III Neonatal and Pediatric Critical Care Units at UNC Children’s Hospital. She also served as a Pain Resource Nurse.


She began her academic journey at 

Clive E. Robertson, DNP, FNP-BC, is a licensed Doctor of Nursing Practice who earned her DNP from East Carolina University in 2020 while working full-time as a Registered Nurse in the Level III Neonatal and Pediatric Critical Care Units at UNC Children’s Hospital. She also served as a Pain Resource Nurse.


She began her academic journey at Syracuse University (2008, Health and Wellness) and later earned both her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing with honors. Her clinical experience includes work in a Level IV NICU at Crouse Hospital before relocating to North Carolina in 2012.


Dr. Robertson takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care and has a strong interest in mental health, reflected in her doctoral research on postpartum depression screening in NICU mothers. She is currently pursuing certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Rivier University. She is a member of national nursing organizations, holds multiple certifications, and has received numerous academic honors. 


Dr. Robertson moved to New Hampshire in 2021 with her family and enjoys outdoor activities and gardening in her free time.

Evelyn A. Graff, FNP-BC, is a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Simmons University in 2022 while working full-time as a registered nurse at Brigham and Women’s Hospital on a Thoracic Surgery Step-Down Unit.


Evelyn began her academic career at the University of New Hampshire, graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Science. She later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Northeastern University, graduating in 2016. Her clinical experience as a registered nurse focused primarily on the care of post-operative thoracic surgery patients, where she developed strong skills in complex patient management and recovery care.


During her time at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Evelyn served as both a charge nurse and an active member of the unit-based practice council, contributing to quality improvement and patient care initiatives. Following the completion of her Master of Science in Nursing, she began her nurse practitioner career specializing in chronic disease management at an infusion center.


Evelyn places a strong emphasis on building meaningful relationships with her patients, believing these connections play a critical role in achieving positive health outcomes. 


A longtime New Hampshire resident, Evelyn remains deeply involved in the equestrian community. In her free time, she enjoys riding and competing as a show jumper."

 Her passion for helping others led her to join the IPC and TMS Collaborative team, where she was eager to grow in a new field and make a meaningful impact. She finds it especially rewarding to support patients through some of their most difficult moments and witness their progress over time.


At home, Kayla’s life is just as lively—she shares it with three cats and a recently rescued dog, whose quirky personalities keep everyday entertaining. Kayla enjoys spending time with her family and friends, singing and dancing, and getting creative with arts and crafts alongside her son, who is the heart of her world and her greatest source of inspiration. She has also recently taken up creating diamond art canvases as a way to center her focus and find a positive outlet on her quieter days. During the warmer months, Kayla enjoys kayaking and spending weekends at the lake soaking up the sun.
